Professional Consultation
For Social Workers and Mental Health Professionals
You’ve dedicated yourself to caring for others — now it’s time to create space for reflection, clarity, and more sustainable practice.
Important Note: Professional consultation is not psychotherapy and does not count toward licensure supervision hours.
Who This Is For
Professional consultation may be a good fit if you:
Wants a thoughtful, non-evaluative space to reflect on professional work
Is navigating ethical questions, role strain, moral distress, or systems pressure
Is considering a career transition or shift in professional identity
Wants to integrate mindfulness-based, trauma-informed, or somatic perspectives into clinical or professional work
Is developing, refining, or exploring continuing education (CE) roles or offerings
Is seeking professional support that is not therapy and not licensure supervision
What We’ll Do
Consultation sessions may include:
Case reflection (with identifying details removed)
Ethical decision-making and boundary exploration
Clarifying professional roles, scope, and direction
Support navigating documentation, systems demands, or organizational challenges
Consultation related to continuing education, including becoming a trainer, content development, role considerations, and professional expectations
Integrating mindfulness-based, trauma-informed, and somatic approaches into practice or teaching
Strengthening sustainable and values-aligned professional practice
