CE Trainings, Workshops & Speaking Events

Continuing Education, Learning and Speaking with Heart and Depth

My work centers on continuing education, workshops, and speaking engagements that go beyond checking boxes. These offerings are grounded in mindfulness-based, trauma-informed, and somatically aware practice, with attention to ethics, sustainable clinical work, and the realities of being human in helping professions.

Many trainings are CE-eligible when offered through approved continuing education providers and are designed for social workers, therapists, counselors, supervisors, and healthcare professionals. I also offer invited presentations, community workshops, and organization-based trainings tailored to the needs of the audience.

Across all formats, the emphasis remains the same: real-world application, reflection, nervous system awareness, and learning that honors both professional responsibility and lived experience.

These trainings and events are designed to support learning and reflection, offering space to build skill, awareness, and steadiness in ways that honor both personal and professional experience.
